1:1 Training 

Atomic Training Principles offers elite in person coaching, including the convenience of traveling directly to your home or office gym anywhere within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Whether you're based in Rockville, Bethesda, Arlington, or downtown D.C., our certified coaches come to you with all necessary equipment even if space or gear is limited. In addition, we offer a dedicated studio location in Washington, D.C., where in-person sessions are available under the guidance of our expert trainers who apply science-based programming, nutrition and stress management tactics personalized to each client. We ensures each client receives consistent, high-quality training whether at home, the office gym, or our D.C. studio.

Group Training 

Our in person team training offers a comprehensive program designed to elevate athletic performance across all levels from youth athletes to professionals.  We focus on developing individuals and teams through building proper strength and conditioning training that brings out the athletes’s full potential. Alongside the athlete’s training, we provide nutritional guidance and recovery tactics to ensure optimal development as well teach athletes how best to understand their body throughout in or off season training.

1:1 Online Training 

One-on-one remote training is designed to improve your overall health at your own convenience . Your journey begins with an in-depth initial consultation that covers all aspects of your wellness, including training strategies, nutrition guidance, and stress management techniques. With full access to a dedicated fitness app, you’ll receive custom-assigned workouts tailored to your goals and schedule. Additionally, you’ll gain access to valuable deliverables—such as progress tracking tools, educational resources, and support materials—that help you stay on track and empowered throughout your fitness journey.

Group Online Training 

Group online training is a structured, non-live program designed to guide and educate individuals on their fitness journey while fostering a strong sense of community. Without the need for live sessions, participants can follow thoughtfully designed workouts at their own pace, all while staying connected through a shared community. Here, members can receive form feedback, access helpful deliverables, and contribute to open discussions that shape future programming. This group setting brings people together under the same core principles as one-on-one training accountability, education, and support—offering a collaborative environment that empowers everyone to progress and thrive.

Consultations 

Online consultations provide a personalized opportunity to discuss any current or past challenges related to your training, nutrition, or stress management. These one-on-one sessions focus on understanding your unique circumstances and identifying barriers that may be affecting your progress. To enhance the consultation, supportive documents can be shared beforehand allowing for a more tailored approach and meaningful conversation around potential solutions. Whether you're seeking clarity, guidance, or a fresh direction, these consultations are designed to provide practical insights and actionable steps to support your overall well-being.
